Coriander is mostly used in the Asian kitchen. Coriander originates from the Middle-East and Southern-Europe. A big difference in taste exists between the seed and the leafs of this herb. For some people, the leafs taste a little like soap. For other people, they taste a little like parsely influenced with lemon.
Oregan has a spicy, light sweet, taste and smells really flavoured. It is one of the most important substances from pizza herbs. In Mexico, oregan and chile powder are the main ingredients of chile con carne spices.
