Coriander

Coriander is mostly used in the Asian kitchen. Coriander originates from the Middle-East and Southern-Europe. A big difference in taste exists between the seed and the leafs of this herb. For some people, the leafs taste a little like soap. For other people, they taste a little like parsely influenced with lemon.

Dill's dried seed is used for canning cumcumbers and pickles, but also to aromatise vinegar. Furthermore this seed can be used as a soporific.
