Coriander is mostly used in the Asian kitchen. Coriander originates from the Middle-East and Southern-Europe. A big difference in taste exists between the seed and the leafs of this herb. For some people, the leafs taste a little like soap. For other people, they taste a little like parsely influenced with lemon.
With its fresh and sharp taste, menthe can improve digestion. Mixed menthe is excellent for making tea. Furthermore, menthe can be applied in sauces, sirupes, salads, deserts, and of course drinks.
